Volume 46: August 25, 2019
Hello fellow Accomplice!
This week brings us to 14 years after Hurricane Katrina made landfall in Louisiana and Mississippi (Monday August 29th, 2005).
There’s no way I’m going to get through this week without remembering it, the animals, and my time in New Orleans.
I’ll always remember a little feral one-eyed kitten I was taming up;
BUT!!! There were animals still being rescued like this precious, rumpled boy.
THAT’S why I went down there!
May you find a great audiobook in this newsletter, and in the new Hurricane Katrina page, commemorating Katrina’s arrival in Louisiana and Mississippi.
And may it never be so bad again...

The Dreaded Commute!
The books here are short enough to cover a couple of jaunts to and from work. Join me and make that trip not only tolerable, but downright enjoyable!
Details for the audiobooks are on the Listening to Now page.
Ta-DAH! The new audiobooks I’m considering are here, and this time I searched my Library for books with “Friendship” in the titles.
I dunno—they look good to me. Which means I shall desperately need your votes! Vote now, vote often, and you have my gratitude...
The details for the books are at Tell Me What’s Next. Feel free to also suggest another audiobook, genre, author, or narrator to scan my library for review.

And that’s it for this week of Remembrance. I truly hope you found something that moved you.
Take care and see ya next Sunday!
