Yesterday marked the second year without that distinguished gentleman, Midnight—he who graced many a newsletter and helped mark many Special Occasions.

Audiobook Accomplice Listening to Now: 2021-08-29 — Goodness, 20 years already have passed, but **9-11** is still in our hearts. Getting ready, I’ll have 2 more Listens in time for the Anniversary.
Plus readying up for our own 3rd Anniversary with Accomplice inspired Fave Authors, one **Bildungsroman** by Ms. C. Brontë and one by the inimitable **Mr. PG Wodehouse**.
Cue somberness followed by a huzzah or two?

Well, while this has NOT been the most blistering of **Summers**, it’s still mighty blinking hot and muggy here in Central Texas.
