Hello fellow Accomplice!

Let’s all welcome the rockin’ palindrome of 02/02/2020 with a Stripes on Stripes pic of new Muse, Tombo! Aren’t his distinctive markings the most AWEsome things one could possibly want in a grandnephew?

He’s here to help us celebrate Winter and to herald in February’s Black History Month. Huzzah to all!

And maybe you’ll find something to your liking in this week’s reviews and in reviews for this coming month.

As always, feel free to share your favorites with me! Or share your audiobook accomplice stories!

Huzzah! We had a virtual tie for My Next Listen. This week I shall enjoy Brown Girl Dreaming, and next week shall be t’other.

Add a book to boil the blood, one to soothe the soul, and the FINAL book in the current Beaton/Chesney series, and I’m set!

Oh do say you’ll join me!

Details for the audiobooks are on the Listening to Now page.

It’s like this, see: I had the wooorst day possible and was sorely seeking a miracle to get me outta a lot of situations. Hence, when scrolling for potential next listens, ya better believe I looked for a “miracle”!

Any audiobook(s) here you might wanna read a review on? Vote!!!

What better way to give a hearty shoutout to Winter than with a cleverly crafted Snow Dog? Apparently Tombo’s employees, my nephew and soon-to-be niece, didn’t get the No Dogs Allowed Memo. I’m sure Tombo will have choice words and a puffed tail to share.

But personally, I’m gonna sit back, look at the snow, and dream a Winter’s dream...

See ya next Sunday!

Your Accomplice, Gillian
