Aaaaaarrrgh! I’m screaming cuz last week I was looking at October when I said Sunday was Veterans Day (the 11th). It’s actually this coming Wednesday!
But Aaarrgh! also cuz this Election is driving me batty!
Thank GOSH for audiobooks and Huzzah for Veterans Day and Native American Heritage Month for giving me stuff to get my mind off my poor country.

Trying not to get all political here, but feeling downcast after seeing the state of my beloved country has me thinking of ANOTHER time of great national division.

Take a gander at these offerings which center on the Civil War, the strife, the reality. We’ve survived horrific times before, and may we not go there again. But may we never forget.
