Volume 200: September 11, 2022

Hello fellow Accomplice!

Over two decades, but sometimes it always seems so fresh. 9/11 Anniversary today, and Yofi the Brave Books cat (El Paso TX, the original Brave Books!) reminds us to Be Brave. Once upon a time, oh how wonderful we were to one another.

With that in mind, here are the week’s reviews, starting off with an audiobook honoring that day in 2001.

May you find something to your liking…

As always, feel free to share your favorites with me!

Or share your audiobook accomplice stories and photos!

Okay Okay Okay!

Taking on but two Listens this week as I’ve a bit of traveling to do soon (Haven’t seen Big Sis and Maman since December 2019)!

Soooo enthusiastic about the winner of My Next Listen (Dude! have you seen our offerings for the Revolutionary War? Slim pickings) to be followed by a faaaaaavorite author to kick off Hispanic Heritage Month!

Yeh, I’ll be running around like crazy -but- ALWAYS time enough for Listening and Reviews… unless, uhm, there isn’t. Ahhhhhh, I foresee Listening whilst packing, and whilst stuck in the airport.

Still, don’t these look AWEsome enough to capture your interest?

Details for the audiobooks are on the Listening to Now page.

Ya know what?

I’m trying to keep in mind y’all when I chuck out options for My Next Listen.

Recently, Kids didn’t make much of a splash (Tho that winner was awesome!), and this last go-round was a one-book landslide. Soooo, how about a handful of Histories?

Running the gamut of Time, they’re all calling out to me… HELP!

Any you finding any interesting?

Lemme know by voting now and voting often! And? If there are categories or genres you’d like offered please feel free to shoot me a line!

Details for the audiobooks are at Tell Me What’s Next. Feel free to also suggest another audiobook for future review.

Bravery sometimes takes its weary toll, and a vigilant cat has to relax… by curling up in a nice cool sink? Dunno why they do that, but he ain’t the only creature hereabouts who’s jonesing for porcelain—Sooooon Summer will be over…?!

MUST find m’ own porcelain.

Y’all stay safe and I’ll see you next Sunday!
